When our client and builder, Guido Valle of GV Construction, purchased this Victorian, the exterior was severely damaged, and all the interior finishes were removed during a failed previous remodel attempt. By configuring the stairs, adding dormers, and making creative use of unusual spaces below the roof we were able to add an additional bedroom, bath and laundry to the house, and preserve the character of the structure. The transformation was dramatic and appreciated by the neighborhood.
