This interior remodeling project included the redesign of the kitchen and master bedroom and bath of a Berkeley home. Integrating a more contemporary and functional space plan within this traditional house was central to the project. The design benefitted from the involvement of talented fabricator/designers. Cheng Design cast the concrete counters off-site and included interesting inlays like shells and stones in the finish. The bamboo cabinets and floors are contemporary but compliment with the existing wood floors and trim.
